Throughout the tour we will taste various dishes of Mexican gastronomy from local fusions to the traditional Tacos al pastor, a quintessential Mexican street food that promises a burst of flavors with every bite. Originating from the vibrant streets of Mexico City, these tacos are a mouthwatering fusion of marinated pork, grilled to perfection on a vertical spit, much like shawarma. The succulent meat is then thinly sliced and served on warm corn tortillas, topped with fresh pineapple, cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime.
